IBSDSE has also initiated several funded projects to provide job opportunities to thousands of youngsters by having tie-up with Prime Minister Employment Generation Program through Bank of Baroda. Each business unit can provide employment to 5 youngsters and create their own jobs, and each BU is potential of earning 2 lacs per month. Akshith Kumar Enterprises Pvt Ltd & Saisha Educational and charitable trust sponsors 15lacs INR every year to conduct training & other workshops to increase skill based jobs in India to fight against unemployment in this Nation. Brain Factory HR Consulting Group, conducts job fairs at various places to attract youngsters towards employment and entrepreneurship activities. Dr. GopiKannan has helped created more than 900 entrepreneurs over a period of 10yrs by constantly motivating them in different aspects of entrepreneurship.
